How should the welding machine be maintained daily?

Welding machine is commonly used on the site of mechanical equipment. When working, welding machines are used in many places. How much do you understand about the electric welding machine? The following is a brief introduction to the daily maintenance of the electric welding machine.
Pay attention to the following points in the use of welding machine daily maintenance:
1. Check whether the output wiring of the electric welding machine is linked according to the specification, the connection is not firm, the outgoing direction should be similar to vertical, and the included angle with the horizontal plane should be greater than 70.
2. Check the fastening of the screws at the wire connection. The screw standard is hexagonal bolt M10 × 30. Check whether the flat pad and spring pad are complete, and check whether the welding machine has problems such as rust and oxidation.
3. Check whether the exposed size of the wire at the wiring is less than 10mm.
4. Check whether the welded casing is firmly grounded.
5. Check whether the grounding of the welding machine power supply and the base is good and meets the requirements.
6. Check that the wire connection needs to be insulated and wrapped with tape.
7. Check whether the shielding cover at the connection of power cord, welding wire and welding machine is complete.
8. Check whether the cooling fan of the welding machine is rotating dexterous and normal.
9. Whether the power switch, power indicator light and adjusting handle knob are complete, the pointer of ammeter and voltmeter is accurate and reliable, and the surface is crystal clear and crack free. The lid is intact and can be opened and closed freely.
10. Check whether the lines and accessories are in good condition.
11. Check whether the fuse meets the requirements. If oxidation, severe overheating and discoloration are found, the fuse needs to be replaced in time.
The current adjustment equipment should be replaced and should meet the requirements of the adjustment range.
13. Check the lubrication condition of each part of the equipment.
14. For new or long-term unused welding machines, the insulation resistance between windings and between windings and housings is often reduced due to moisture, and short circuits and grounding are easy to occur in the early stages of use, resulting in device and personal accidents. Therefore, before using it, it is applied to the shaking table to check whether the insulation resistance is qualified.
15. Before starting the new welding machine, the contactor part of the electrical system should be checked for completeness. After the test is normal, the no-load test run can be started. When it is verified that there is no electrical hazard, the load test run can be started before it can be put into normal operation.
16. DC welding machine should be rotated in the specified direction. If there is a fan, pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the fan is correct, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the welding machine.
