After the diesel engine generator is turned off, the circulation of the cooling water is stopped, the heat dissipation capacity is reduced sharply, and the heat-receiving part loses the cooling, which may easily cause the cylinder head, the cylinder liner, the cylinder block, etc. to overheat, generate cracks, or cause the piston to over-expansion and get stuck in the cylinder liner. Inside. On the other hand, when the diesel generator is stopped without idling, the oil will be insufficient on the friction surface. When the diesel engine is started again, it will be aggravated due to poor lubrication. Diesel generator cold start, due to the oil viscosity, poor fluidity, the oil pump is not enough oil, the machine friction surface due to poor lubrication, causing rapid wear, and even pull cylinder, burning tile and other faults. Therefore, after the diesel engine starts to cool, it should be idling to raise the temperature. When the temperature of the standby oil reaches 40°C or more (when used in winter, when the cooling water reaches 60°C), the load is run again; the machine should start with a low gear and follow each step. Drive a range for a gear, until the oil temperature is normal and the fuel supply is sufficient, then you can turn to normal driving.

If the throttle is slammed, the speed of the diesel generator increases sharply, causing some friction surfaces on the machine to wear out due to dry friction. In addition, pistons, connecting rods, and crankshafts have a large change in the handling force when they hit the throttle, causing severe impact and easily damaging the parts.
Misoperation of small diesel generators 5: Operation with insufficient cooling water or excessive cooling water and oil temperature
Insufficient cooling water from the diesel generator will reduce its cooling effect. The diesel engine will overheat due to lack of effective cooling. The cooling oil and the oil's oil temperature will be too high, which will also cause the diesel engine to overheat. At this time, the diesel engine generator cylinder head, cylinder liner, piston assembly and valves are mainly subjected to large heat load, and their mechanical properties such as strength, toughness, etc. drastically decrease, which increases the deformation of the parts, reduces the fitting gap between the parts, and accelerates the wear of the parts. In severe cases, cracks and mechanical stuck problems will also occur. Overheated diesel generators will also deteriorate the combustion process of diesel engines, causing malfunctions of the injectors, poor atomization, and increased coke deposition.
